No. Tell us what is slowing you down or what you want to improve. Together we review your business needs and agree the next steps.

We first assess your computers, Microsoft 365, network and tools. We agree what to manage; replacing your equipment is not an automatic requirement.

Automated monitoring of agreed devices does not mean a technician is continuously available. Support availability, response times and any on-call cover depend on the agreed scope.

We set out the price and scope in a proposal. Dates for the first proposal and completion are agreed around the scope, dependencies and input needed from you.

We can provide hosting, updates and ongoing management as agreed. We define in advance which services and support are part of our cooperation.
